According to the Lunar New Year Zodiac, the Rabbit is the luckiest of the twelve animals, and it’s been our good fortune and joy to reunite with Ogilvy Shanghai for the second Lunar New Year in a row, bringing the real magic of Coca-Cola’s Year of the Rabbit campaign to life with Yves Geleyn and his talented team of artists.
Yves and the team weave a tale enriched with the magic of Lunar New Year. Yves' masterful storytelling breathes life into the journey of a Rabbit family, skillfully highlighting the generational contrasts between Grandma and Grandson Rabbits. Through a nuanced lens and meticulous attention to detail, Yves uses contrast to deepen the emotional resonance, portraying the traditional warmth of Grandma's home against the modern angularity of Grandson's. The visual interplay, heightened by warm lighting, beautifully underscores the film's overarching message: that beneath our differences, a shared love unites us all.
